Jonathan Beall entered the Commercial Real Estate Industry after graduating from North Carolina State University with a degree in Business Management with a concentration in Finance. Jonathan currently works in the Retail division of Coldwell Banker Commercial MECA and has a primary focus of tenant and buyer representation.

Jonathan holds a North Carolina real estate license and is a member of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR). Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Commercial MECA Jon worked with a Charlotte based retail development and management company. While at this company his assignments included shopping center site section and development support.
