Jim Walsh entered the commercial real estate industry after a successful corporate career, joining MECA Properties over 10 years ago. He specializes in the sale of investment properties and land, plus site selection and build-to-suit development for represented buyers/tenants. Clients include regional and national corporations, government entities, property developers, and non-profit institutions.

Jim, a graduate of Villanova University, holds Real Estate Licenses in N.C. and S.C. He is a member of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR) and has consistently been a recipient of the CRCBR Multi-Million Dollar Award.
